Yes. Every EV charger installation in Ontario requires an Electrical Safety Authority permit and inspection under the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC). We file the permit, book the inspection, and hand you the Certificate of Acceptance, which your home insurer and any future buyer will ask for. That Certificate of Acceptance is also required for the Home Renovation Savings rebate claim.
